Greetings,

Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the Food and Drug General Authority’s letter No. (21251 / p) and dated (29/8/1444 AH), regarding international reports related to food safety in the countries of the world, and based on the immediate notification report issued by the World Organization for Animal Health ( WOAH) dated (5/28/1444 AH) corresponding to (12/22/2023), which reports the control of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the administrative region (Mayenne) of the Republic of France.

Accordingly, the Commission issued Decision No. (20391 / Q) and the date (21/8/1444 AH), to lift the temporary ban on importing poultry meat and table eggs, their products, and equipment from the administrative region (Mayenne) in the Republic of France.​
